'BioBric' 8 Newton High Precision Clay Masonry Blocks. |

The 'BioBric' range is suitable for the construction of load bearing external walls in single and multi storey buildings. Available in 30cm and 37.5cm width, U values of 0.37 and 0.32 W/m2.K respectively are achieved without the need of insulation. The high precision tolerances allow for thin joint construction, reducing building time and the quantity of mortar required. The proprietary building mortar has a classification of M10 (BS998.1) and is easily mixed on site without the need for large cement mixers. Specifically manufactured coloured renders and plasters can be applied directly on the blocks either manually or by spraying. They can be floated immediately after application and finished a few hours later. |

The 'BioBric' (8 Newton) product range simplifies construction by offering a variety of products including column blocks that incorporates the Steel Reinforcing Rods and lintel blocks for floors, windows and doors construction. 'BioBric' products will not allow moisture transfer to the internal walls and their hollow system produces a pleasant habitat in all climates. BGV 6 Newton high precision clay masonry blocks.The BGV range is suitable for external and internal load bearing walls. The blocks are 20cm wide and, if used externally, U values around 0.30W/m2.K can be achieved depending on the type and the thickness of insulation applied. These walls also provide a high acoustical performance (53 dBA) with an overall width of 30cm including 80mm internal insulation. The BGV blocks building mortars and renders are the same as Biobric. Thermobric G7 2.8 Newton masonry clay blocks.This range of 20cm wide blocks is constructed with traditional joints (10mm or over) using a mortar made with a specially formulated lime based binder (HOURDEX).Thermobric G7 can be used in all construction permitting the use of 2.8 Newton blocks. |

Thermobric G7 2.8 Newton Clay Blocks are
especially suitable in partition walls where, if insulated on both sides
with 50mm insulation and plasterboard, will achieve an U value of 0.28W/m2.K
and an acoustical efficiency of 68dBA for an overall width of about 32cm
(versus 45dBA achieved in a 45cm stud wall with 100mm insulation and plasterboard
on both sides). As all other Bouyer Leroux clay masonry blocks, the Thermobric
G7 2.8 Newton range offered includes columns and lintel blocks. Specially
formulated coloured renders and plasters are also available. |
