Thermal and Acoustical EfficiencyThe alveolar structure of the masonry clay blocks present an extremely efficient barrier to diffusion of dampness, great advantage over any other masonry element. Any moisture absorbed evaporates easily within the structure. This process is also made easier by the breathability of the blocks and of the recommended rendering and plastering mortars. |

A clay block construction provides a far healthier, pleasant environment, especially for individuals with breathing difficulties. The thermal properties are excellent and will ensure great energy savings. Acoustically the correct configuration will satisfy the requirements of Part E of the Building Regulations. |
