Bouyer Lerouxx masonry clay blocks
Thermobric G 7 2.8N - 20cm Construction

The G7 blocks are bedded on a HOURDEX mortar with the aid of a specially designed tray which will ensure that the joint size is always regular (10mm) . The use of the stray also shorten building time and diminish mortar waste. The tray slides along once the mortar is applied.

Multi Use Block

The multi use blocks are important for: - doors and windows openings - close the horizontal alveolar face on the blocks at the beginning of a course - easy cutting in all dimensions to provide infill units
Angles up to 90o are easily made by splitting the multi angle block in two parts with a small axe, to obtain an articulated joint.

The range of 20cm blocks, Thermobric G7 and Ecobric, ensure efficiency and speed of construction for walls up to 3.5m high and for internal partition walls. These have normally to be insulated. On 20cm walls, various internal insulating methods can achieve U values as low as 0.23 W/m2.K.

The 20cm blocks are build with standard joints (10mm). A special mortar spreading tray will ensure the correct application of the mortar. The building, rendering and plastering mortars are the same as for all the other clay blocks in the Bouyer Leroux range.
